Place your Oodie back into its original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all tags remain attached and the item is in its original condition.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
